About Us

Pisces Swimming School was founded in 1996 by Jackie Moore after realising a true passion for teaching swimming.

We have over 26 years experience working in the leisure industry and offer a high standard of  swimming tuition in a safe environment for children of all abilities from 4 years of age. 
 

Our Childrens Swimming Lessons are held at Ackworth School near Pontefract, Silcoates School in Wakefield and Leeds Boys Grammar School in North Leeds, thanks to the kind co-operation of all schools.

We also offer Adult one to one Swimming lessons at the Quality Hotel, Selby Fork, South Milford Nr Leeds.

All childrens lessons are taught in small classes by experienced, friendly water-based swimming teachers. We also have a swimming coordinator present at all sessions to help with any queries you may have.

Our teaching staff are all qualified Amateur Swimming Association teachers.

We are a member of the National Federation of Swimming Schools and also affiliated to the Royal Life Saving Society UK.

Our Aim

Our aim is to produce confident safe swimmers with a good standard of stroke and to equip them with the skills required to enjoy water based activities.
